UVOD<br \/><\/strong><\/h3><p>Strategija odr\u017eivog razvoja Univerziteta \u201cMB\u201d predstavlja krovni dokument kojim se defini\u0161u dugoro\u010dni pravci razvoja Univerziteta u skladu sa principima ekonomske, dru\u0161tvene i ekolo\u0161ke odr\u017eivosti. Dokument uspostavlja integrisan pristup upravljanju resursima, kvalitetom obrazovanja i dru\u0161tvenom odgovorno\u0161\u0107u, sa ciljem obezbe\u0111enja stabilnog, eti\u010dnog i odgovornog funkcionisanja Univerziteta.<\/p><p>Strategija je uskla\u0111ena sa:<\/p><ul><li>Strategijom razvoja Univerziteta MB;<\/li><li>Nacionalnim strate\u0161kim dokumentima Republike Srbije;<\/li><li>Evropskim standardima (ESG);<\/li><li>Ciljevima odr\u017eivog razvoja Ujedinjenih nacija (UN SDGs).<\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h3><strong>2. POJAM I ZNA\u010cAJ ODR\u017dIVOG RAZVOJA U VISOKOM OBRAZOVANJU NA UNIVERZITETU \u201cMB\u201d<\/strong><\/h3><p>Univerzitet \u201cMB\u201d je odr\u017eiva, odgovorna i stabilna privatna visoko\u0161kolska institucija koja doprinosi razvoju dru\u0161tva znanja, privrede i zajednice, uz racionalno kori\u0161\u0107enje resursa i po\u0161tovanje eti\u010dkih i ekolo\u0161kih principa. <strong>Op\u0161ti ciljevi na Univerzitetu \u201cMB\u201d:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Obezbe\u0111enje dugoro\u010dne finansijske stabilnosti Univerziteta;<\/li><li>Razvoj dru\u0161tveno odgovornog i inkluzivnog akademskog okru\u017eenja;<\/li><li>Smanjenje negativnog uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu;<\/li><li>Integracija odr\u017eivosti u nastavu, istra\u017eivanje i upravljanje.<\/li><\/ol><p>Odr\u017eivi razvoj u visokom obrazovanju podrazumeva balansirano ostvarivanje obrazovne misije, finansijske stabilnosti, dru\u0161tvene odgovornosti i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine. Univerzitet \u201cMB\u201d ima klju\u010dnu ulogu u formiranju znanja, vrednosti i pona\u0161anja budu\u0107ih generacija, te je na\u0161a odgovornost vi\u0161estruka \u2013 akademska, dru\u0161tvena i institucionalna.<\/p><p>Univerzitet MB prepoznaje odr\u017eivi razvoj kao strate\u0161ki okvir za:<\/p><ul><li>dugoro\u010dno planiranje,<\/li><li>odgovorno upravljanje,<\/li><li>kontinuirano unapre\u0111enje kvaliteta.<\/li><\/ul><p>Strategija odr\u017eivog razvoja Univerziteta MB predstavlja sistemski pristup obezbe\u0111enju dugoro\u010dne finansijske stabilnosti, dru\u0161tvene odgovornosti i ekolo\u0161ke svesti Univerziteta, u funkciji kvaliteta obrazovanja i javnog interesa.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>3.<\/strong><strong>CILJEVI, MISIJA I VIZIJA ODR\u017dIVOG RAZVOJA UNIVERZITETA \u201cMB\u201d<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3.1. Ciljevi razvoja Univerziteta \u201cMB\u201d<\/strong><\/h4><p><strong>Osnovni ciljevi u radu Univerziteta \u201cMB\u201d su:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong> Podizanje akademske izvrsnosti<\/strong><br \/>Unaprediti kvalitet nastave i ishode u\u010denja u skladu sa me\u0111unarodnim standardima, uz jasno merljive kompetencije diplomaca i visoku zapo\u0161ljivost.<\/li><li><strong> Ja\u010danje istra\u017eiva\u010dkog kapaciteta<\/strong><br \/>Pove\u0107ati obim i kvalitet nau\u010dno-istra\u017eiva\u010dkog rada, sa fokusom na relevantne teme, me\u0111unarodne projekte i publikacije sa stvarnim dru\u0161tvenim i ekonomskim uticajem.<\/li><li><strong> Internacionalizacija univerziteta<\/strong><br \/>Razviti Univerzitet MB kao me\u0111unarodno otvorenu instituciju kroz mobilnost studenata i nastavnika, programe na stranim jezicima i strate\u0161ka partnerstva sa vode\u0107im univerzitetima.<\/li><li><strong> Inovacije i transfer znanja<\/strong><br \/>Povezati akademsko znanje sa privredom i javnim sektorom kroz inovacione centre, startap podr\u0161ku i primenu istra\u017eivanja u praksi.<\/li><li><strong> Studenti u fokusu<\/strong><br \/>Obezbediti savremeno, fleksibilno i podr\u017eavaju\u0107e studentsko iskustvo kroz mentorstvo, karijerno vo\u0111enje i digitalne servise.<\/li><li><strong> Razvoj nastavnog i istra\u017eiva\u010dkog kadra<\/strong><br \/>Privu\u0107i, razvijati i zadr\u017eati kvalitetne kadrove kroz meritokratske modele napredovanja, kontinuirano usavr\u0161avanje i me\u0111unarodnu razmenu.<\/li><li><strong> Digitalna transformacija<\/strong><br \/>Uvesti digitalne tehnologije u nastavu, istra\u017eivanja i upravljanje radi ve\u0107e efikasnosti, dostupnosti i kvaliteta.<\/li><li><strong> Odr\u017eivost i dru\u0161tvena odgovornost<\/strong><br \/>Razvijati Univerzitet MB kao dru\u0161tveno odgovornu i odr\u017eivu instituciju koja aktivno doprinosi razvoju zajednice i javnih politika.<\/li><li><strong> Ja\u010danje upravljanja i kvaliteta<\/strong><br \/>Unaprediti sistem upravljanja, obezbe\u0111enja kvaliteta i institucionalne transparentnosti u skladu sa najboljom me\u0111unarodnom praksom.<\/li><li><strong> Me\u0111unarodna prepoznatljivost brenda<\/strong><br \/>Izgraditi jasan i kredibilan identitet Univerziteta MB kao modernog univerziteta znanja, inovacija i liderstva.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h4><strong>3.2. Misija Univerziteta \u201cMB\u201d<\/strong><\/h4><p>Misija Univerziteta \u201cMB\u201d je da bude savremena akademska institucija koja obrazuje kompetentne, odgovorne i preduzetne pojedince, sposobne da razmi\u0161ljaju kriti\u010dki, deluju eti\u010dno i stvaraju odr\u017eiva re\u0161enja za kompleksne izazove savremenog dru\u0161tva. Univerzitet MB je posve\u0107en stvaranju, preno\u0161enju i primeni znanja kroz visokokvalitetnu nastavu, relevantna nau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja i sna\u017enu povezanost sa privredom, javnim sektorom i \u0161irom zajednicom.<\/p><p>Univerzitet razvija studijske programe usmerene na ishode u\u010denja, interdisciplinarnost i prakti\u010dne ve\u0161tine, oslanjaju\u0107i se na savremene pedago\u0161ke pristupe, digitalne tehnologije i me\u0111unarodne akademske standarde. Nastavni proces je zasnovan na aktivnom u\u010denju, mentorstvu i kontinuiranom razvoju kompetencija koje omogu\u0107avaju zapo\u0161ljivost, profesionalnu mobilnost i do\u017eivotno u\u010denje.<\/p><p>U oblasti nau\u010dno-istra\u017eiva\u010dkog rada, Univerzitet \u201cMB\u201d podsti\u010de slobodu istra\u017eivanja, akademsku izvrsnost i inovativnost, sa ciljem stvaranja znanja koje ima merljiv nau\u010dni, dru\u0161tveni i ekonomski uticaj. Istra\u017eivanja su usmerena ka savremenim globalnim i regionalnim izazovima i realizuju se kroz me\u0111unarodnu saradnju, projekte i partnerstva.<\/p><p>Univerzitet \u201cMB\u201d deluje kao odgovoran i otvoren dru\u0161tveni akter. Kroz saradnju sa institucijama, privredom i civilnim dru\u0161tvom, doprinosi razvoju javnih politika, inovacija i odr\u017eivog rasta.
